Software Engineer - Multiple Openings (Orlando, FL).
Perform various roles from implementation of gameplay features to performance & memory optimization across various platforms & projects at a game studio. Responsible for engineering development on multiple projects. Ensure the delivery of implementations, maintenance & other technical projects. Establish & meet performance goals on target platforms. Debug & optimize both engine & game code. Work with production team on scheduling design & art teams on performance & efficient memory usage. Works in modern game engines including UE4 & Proprietary game engines. Takes substantial features from concept to ship. Works with programming teams for large scale projects. Write clean C/C++ in video game environment. Debug, identify & fix low-level memory corruption & multi-threaded race condition issues. Addresses issues across graphics, UI, Physics, networking, build pipelines, & package deployment issues. Work on multiple mobile platforms & modern console hardware including PlayStation4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X & PlayStation 5.
Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field & 2 years of experience as a Software Programmer, Software Engineer or related.
